Depending on the nature of the situation, we may provide a refund, exchange or issue a credit note.
Any sale of coffee, tea or other food product is final and non-returnable. Unused coffee/tea accessories or instruments, tableware and coffee machines can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days following the date of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt for a full refund or exchange.
The quickest and simplest way to return an item is to go to our store located at 143 rue Saint-Paul, Québec, G1K 3V8. Furthermore, the item can also be returned by mail but the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all refunds will be made via the payment method used during the original transaction and that sales of gift cards or vouchers as well as sale items are final.
