Pure origin coffee cultivated in the traditional way for hundreds of years, Yemen Mattari grows at more than 2000 meters of altitude without the addition of any chemical product. The fruits of these coffee trees are dried, hulled, sorted then carefully cleaned by hand. This very rare and unique coffee has good acidity, a full-bodied and fragrant taste with woody and spicy notes.
