Pure origin coffee cultivated in a traditional way for hundreds of years, Yemen Mattari grows at an altitude of over 2000 meters without the addition of any chemicals. The fruits of these coffee trees are dried, shelled, sorted and then carefully cleaned by hand. This very rare and unique coffee has good acidity, a full-bodied and fragrant taste with woody and spicy notes.
