Nestled in a stunning tropical ravine, surrounded by crystal-clear rivers and perched on a slope between 2,000 and 3,000 feet above sea level, stands the magnificent Blue Baron Estate. In all, 55 hectares of land ideal for the production of Montagne Bleue coffee.
Persistent clouds provide natural protection for coffee trees, providing shelter from the sun's rays. The low ambient temperature and relative humidity induced by cloud cover contribute to the slow maturation of the coffee beans, enhancing the unique fineness of the resulting coffee. Ripe cherries are carefully picked by teams of skilled harvesters, with each tree revisited up to 10 times during the harvest period.
Cup notes : Jamaica Montagne Bleue coffee is distinguished by its incredible fragrance, its delicate aroma, its sweetness and its perfect balance. We note the marked presence of sweet floral notes. This coffee is among the most distinguished in the world.
