Nicaragua Il Cielo is grown at an altitude of 1,300 metres on the Haciendo El Cielo estate (comprising 139.4 hectares of coffee trees and 278.9 hectares of wild forest), located in Penas Blancas and managed by the Cerna family since 1990.
Cup notes: Good acidity, fragrance and gourmet citrus notes.
