Red rooibos is naturally fruity and floral; it takes very little to bring that out. Here, diced dried citrus adds fresh, tangy notes to its natural roundness.
The infusion is amber, soft and honeyed, with a tangy finish and a clean yuzu aroma. Rich in vitamin C, caffeine-free, and very thirst-quenching, excellent iced on a hot day.
