Each pearl is made by hand: a young green tea leaf, rolled in spring around a jasmine bud. The jasmine slowly scents the leaf, which absorbs it fully during drying.
Brewed, the pearls unfurl into a golden-green liquor, soft and low in tannin, closer to a white tea than a typical green. The jasmine stays subtle, carried by a clean vegetal freshness. A refined tea, well suited to special occasions or as a gift.
