Green Tea Kasmiri Chai - N.23

This fragrant, spicy blend of green tea, Calendula flowers, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and vanilla is inspired by Kahwa. In Kashmir, northern India, tea is an essential part of everyday culture, and among the most famous varieties is Kahwa. Kahwa is a spice-flavored green tea, widely consumed in this mountainous region. Distinguished by its spicy, slightly sweet taste, Kahwa is renowned for its health benefits, notably improving digestion and boosting the immune system.

In the Kashmir region, Kahwa is also associated with cold winters, as it is comforting. Inhabitants like to drink it in small metal glasses called “pashmina”.
