Guatemala Antigua, Huehuetenango, Washed Process, Dark Roast
On the southern slopes of the Antigua Valley, at 1,350 metres above sea level, this plantation has been growing coffee on rich volcanic soils since 1988, with the preservation of their natural state as an absolute priority.
The result is a pure-origin coffee with immediate charm: a fragrance reminiscent of jasmine, beautiful length on the palate and a finish of soft chocolate notes. The perfect balance of floral elegance and indulgence. A great Central American classic at its finest.
