Organic Orange Pekoe Dimbula Black Tea - N.14

Dimbula is one of Sri Lanka's most respected tea districts. Its altitude, cool nights and monsoon rains produce dense, concentrated leaves. This tea is harvested during the dry season, from January to early April — considered the best window of the year for this region.

Its long, twisted leaves give a deep red infusion, full-bodied, with woody notes and a smoky edge. There's also a deeper note reminiscent of miso. A tea with character, best for mornings, and it takes a splash of milk well.

Cupping notes: full-bodied with woody accents, gently smoky, miso notes
